Data collection
We collect information you provide when using Ezura: company details, invoice data, and user account information. Invoice data is processed to provide our automation services. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Mobile application
The Ezura mobile app uses your device camera and photo library, with your permission, only to capture and upload invoices and receipts you choose to submit. To sign you in we process your name and email from your organization's Microsoft or Google account. If you opt in, we send push notifications about invoices needing your attention. We collect anonymized crash and performance diagnostics to keep the app reliable. You can permanently delete your account and associated personal data at any time from the app's Account screen.
How we use your data
Your data is used solely to provide and improve our invoice automation services. We use it to extract data from invoices, integrate with your accounting system, and ensure service quality. We may use anonymized data for analytics and product improvement.
Data security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only. We comply with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR.
