Terms and conditions for using Ezura.
Service description
Ezura is an invoice automation service provided by JK Consulting, MB (company code 306987092, VAT code LT100019805816), registered at Rytų g. 6-37, LT-51365 Kaunas, Lithuania. The service includes AI-powered data extraction from invoices, employee self-service portal, and integration with accounting systems. We reserve the right to update the service and its features.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you provide and for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must use the service in compliance with applicable laws and not for any unlawful purpose. You may not share your account with unauthorized users.
Limitations
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
