Invoice import into Navision with Ezura
Older Navision (Financials) has no direct connection, so incoming invoices usually get typed in by hand. Ezura reads and checks the invoices and prepares an import file in the form your Navision expects – separately for purchases and sales. The accountant reviews the imported invoices and posts them as usual.
- Import file for purchase and sales invoices
- Each line goes to an expense account or a product, by your rules
- Dimensions (site, project, department) assigned automatically
- Lithuanian characters survive, and the import does not break on format
- Proven with a real import into a live Navision system
Frequently asked questions
- Which Navision version does this work with?
- Older Navision (Financials) versions that take invoices through an import file. If you run a newer version, get in touch – we will tell you whether and how it can be connected.
- Who uploads the file into Navision?
- Ezura prepares the file; your accountant or the partner who maintains your Navision uploads it, as your company already does. Invoices come in unposted, so you still see them in Navision before posting.
- Can I try it with my own invoices?
- Yes. A few sample PDFs are usually enough – we show you the result and the import file on your real documents.
