Public tender radar

Which of this week's public tenders are worth a bid? Today that is answered by hand: several portals checked every morning, and email alerts that land somewhere other than where the deal will later live. Ezura collects notices from the registers of several countries, keeps only those that match your profile, and shows next to each one why it is there.

The tender list: every notice with its match level, deadline and the reason it was shown.

Several registers, one list

Large procurements are published in the EU's TED, but most Baltic tenders never reach it — they stay in the national registers. Watching TED alone is not enough, and checking each country's portal separately takes time.

Every working day Ezura collects notices from Lithuania's CVP IS, the national registers of Latvia, Estonia and Poland, and TED, and during working hours it checks the Lithuanian ones every hour. If Germany, France or Ukraine is in your profile, their national notices are added as well. A tender published in more than one register appears as a single row.

Ukrainian tenders and donor-funded procurement

Ukrainian tenders are collected from Prozorro, the one system every procurement platform in the country writes into. Added to them are tenders paid for by international banks and donors, and the calls of the Ukraine Energy Support Fund, none of which a Prozorro search finds.

For Ukrainian tenders you can set a minimum value in hryvnias, and keywords in Ukrainian widen the search itself. More on the page about Ukrainian public tenders.

The page always shows when notices were last searched for, and you can run the search yourself.

A profile you manage yourself

What you see is decided by your company's profile: core and broader CPV codes, keywords, countries and a minimum value. Separately you list what not to show — the codes and words that are only noise in your field.

You can also name the buyers whose tenders you want to follow.

You also choose the contract type: goods, services or works. An equipment supplier, for example, can hide tenders for servicing that same equipment, even when their CPV code matches its core one.

Before saving, you see how many notices from the last 90 days the changed profile would match. The profile is tuned on evidence, not on guesses.

Every row answers "why?"

Notices fall into three levels: an exact match, a broad code together with a keyword, and those worth a human look. Each one opens an explanation: which rules fired, which CPV codes the notice carries and when it was first seen.

The selection is made by your rules, not by a model's hunch. So when an important tender is missing from the list, or an irrelevant one is in it, it is clear what to fix in the profile.

From notice to decision

A notice is assigned to a person — from then on it is marked as one you are interested in. An unsuitable one is marked as not relevant, with a reason: not our profile, too small, too far, not enough time. That decision survives a change of profile.

The list can be filtered by country, source and owner, narrowed to tenders whose deadline falls within 14 days, and sorted by the nearest deadline.

Titles of foreign notices are shown translated, with the original one click away.

Each person sees their own tenders

When several people follow tenders, each can be given only their share: by country — the people of an office abroad see that country's tenders only — or by product line. A tender's product line is set from its CPV codes and keywords, and alert rules can follow product lines too.

A tender someone has assigned to a person stays visible to them, even outside their share.

Email alerts and a summary of the documents

So that nobody has to log in every day just to check, you set alert rules: who is told about which new notices. The email lists the new notices, each linking straight to its own row.

For Lithuanian tenders published in CVP IS, a summary of the tender documents can be prepared: the main requirements and deadlines, along with a list of which files were read and which were skipped. The summary helps you decide faster whether to dig in; it does not replace the documents.

A tender you want becomes a deal

If you also use the Ezura CRM, a tender you are interested in moves to the sales board: the card is created with the tender's title, bid deadline, value, country, owner and a link to the notice. You only pick the company.

The tender no longer lives in a separate email or spreadsheet — it sits where all your other deals are.

Frequently asked questions

Which countries are covered?
The national registers of Lithuania (CVP IS), Latvia, Estonia and Poland, and the EU's TED. If those countries are in your profile, national notices from Germany, France and Ukraine are added, and for Ukraine also donor-funded tenders. If you need another country, write to us and we will see whether its register can be connected.
Can we leave out tenders for services?
Yes. In the profile you tick the kinds of tender you want: goods, services or works. Tenders of an unticked kind are not shown at all, even when their CPV code matches. Where a register does not state the kind, the main CPV code decides.
Does AI choose the tenders?
No. Your profile's rules do — CPV codes, keywords, countries and value — which is why every row can be explained. AI is used only to translate titles and to prepare the document summary.
Can we change the profile ourselves?
Yes. Codes, keywords, countries, minimum value, followed buyers and alert rules are changed in the settings, and before saving you see how many notices would match.
Is the radar available in English?
Notice titles are shown translated, but the radar's own screens are in Lithuanian for now.
Does Ezura help prepare and submit the bid?
No. The radar helps you notice a tender in time and decide whether to take part. The bid is prepared and submitted in the procurement system as usual.
Does the radar need the Ezura CRM?
No, the radar works on its own. The CRM is needed only to move a tender you want onto the sales board.
